Holy Cow

First of all - thank you SO MUCH for all of the kind words!  Big J and I are so excited - and I can't stop looking at my left hand!

Anyway - I PROMISE you this will not turn into a 'wedding blog'.  But I've been in several wonderful weddings:

But HOLY CRAP.  I'm just 'looking' at some magazines and have been in one bridal store.....and I already have anxiety.  So - any pointers/websites would be helpful!

Now - back to normal triathlon stuff.  I have my last race of the season a week from today and I could not be more excited.  I am just a bit burned out and looking forward to rocking out this 70.3 with a smile on my face.  And then sleep in for a few days!

And how about KONA tomorrow?  I am so excited to see some of my kick ass friends rock it out.  (Must remember to charge the Macbook so that I can carry it around as I clean out an organize closets!)

Happy Training!

Holy Cow Girlfriend! Congrats and good luck with your last triathlon! I hear you about being burnt out. I've refocused my training this month on more strength training, yoga, and some running. It's refreshing. :) Have a awesome weekend!

I'm excited for KONA too. I've warned the family that the computer will be live-streaming all day!

Wedding advice...ELOPE! Just kidding. I got married on the river, and it hailed. And I've never been more stressed. I know I could have done a lot of things differently, but I wouldn't change a thing. Just remember it's YOUR day and enjoy training for it...I mean getting ready for it!

I choose to delegate when I got married, it was way too stressful - but it is alot of fun. Enjoy the process of picking out the dresses, drinking wine and taste testing food! I am more than excited for KONA!! I will also be cleaning and checking all day :)

My advice: clearly define what wedding stuff you care about and what you don't. There are a MILLION decisions you have to make between now and the big day. You can't possibly have the mental energy to care about all of them.

Some things you are just going to have to decide "i don't care about that at all" and let someone else (who cares more) decide for you.

ahhh, the wedding.
I say nothing says love like spandx.
make it a tri-wedding.
october is a great month.
kona is nice.
just sayin....

whatever you do, remember the wedding is about you and j and your love.
not the menu
the flowers
or the dresses
follow your heart and do what you want to do :)

congrats again!!
