Views From a Run

Coach said to run some 'hills' in my schedule for Thursday.  Then he said 'you might have to get creative'.  So, after thinking and searching, this was the 'hill' I came up with in St. Augustine:

Yep - that bridge (aka - coastal Florida hills) does look long and boring.  (And it is) But I also had some wonderful views along the rest of my route:

Don't forget the awesome discount code from my last post for TRISWIM posted below!

Holy crap!  Happy Friday!

Definitely a boring bridge, but probably well worth it. Love the pics! You Floridians are so lucky. Have a great weekend.

Ah! I hear you. Pensacola is pancake flat, too. But this weekend I'm running a "hilly" 15k tomorrow -- over two intracoastal bridges! Fun times! :)

Happy Friday! I wish I had to work that hard to find hills!

Gosh, I have hills bigger than that like 10 feet from my door step. Must be weird to not have them around. Wanna trade?!? I would also not mind having sunshine warm enough to be wearing a tank top =)

Love your "coastal hills"! Gotta love all of the gulf coast races where it's flat flat flat with the occasionally overpass!
