I love Saturdays

I really do.  Specially now since it's off season - it's nice to do 'fun runs' instead of 'planned' runs. Yesterday we decided to do the Watercolor loop which is a nice 5ish mile run that is partly on trails and partly on the road.

We ran into someones water stop - I just thought it was funny and I needed to take a photo.  At least we hide our mid-run goodies in a bush!
Ron looking awesome running though the woods

Carla and Ron running in between the Seaside houses

After we completed the awesome scenic run - we decided to hit up the farmers market in Seaside - which happened to be right where we parked - conscience?

Grabbed an awesome organic black bean burrito
And enjoyed the view

Not a bad Saturday right?

So Jason and I just finished up watching Forks over Knifes.  I've been wanting to see this for awhile - and I can finally view it instantly on my Netflix.   Have you seen it or heard about it?  If not - hop into your Netflix and check it out.  It's well worth your time.  There are going to be several minor adjustments to my diet after seeing this show.

Also - P90X is still kicking my ass.  In a good way.  I'll be traveling all next week for work - so we'll have to see how I do on my workouts in a hotel room :)

I'll check that out tonight. I need a good flick for my trainer ride.

You're the second blog I've read today that commented they just saw Forks over Knives. Been on my to-do list. I love P90X. Good luck in the hotel room, remember that walking/running stairs is perfect exercise. And depending on where the stairs are, you can get some great looks if you pass by people often enough!

Soooooo pretty! Jealous of your awesome view. Black bean burrito, mmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!

One of the women that I run at lunch with said she was traveling for work and totally heard her upstairs neighbor rocking the P90X in their hotel room. They chatted about it the next day at breakfast and then low in behold for the rest of the work trip it was a P90X party in that one women's hotel room. LOL. Good Luck!

Looks like a great run! We hide our water in the bushes too! :)

I really need to get on the P90X bandwagon, don't I? :)

Oh yes, fun runs are delightful! I've been indulging in those for the past months. (sigh)

I keep hearing about that movie but I don't want to watch it. I like my eating habbits. Ignorance is bliss.
